Exactly how or when the Librarian Works organization was formed is unknown but they appeared some time after the events of the second blody valentine war in Cosmic Era 73 and Cosmic Era 75, the group launches simultaneous attacks against Lowe Guele of the Junk Guild and Rondo Mina Sahaku of the Orb Union. In addition, they also target multiple Earth Alliance bases all across the globe as well as the PLANTS. They only act according to their own unique set of values, and their goal is to start a Third Bloody Valentine War and overthrow ZAFT, Orb Union and the Earth Alliance using Carbon Human Clones. This is due to the belief that Cagalli Yula Athha of the Orb Union and Lacus Clyne of the PLANTs are inexperienced and therefore not capable of ruling the Earth Sphere. In Cosmic Era 75 they were ultimately defeated by ZAFT special forces with their facilities destroyed and most of their members killed the the survivors find themselves on the run in their last remaining ship
